NDEB Security & Policy

Security & Legal Disclaimer

National Database for Employment & Business (NDEB)

01 Security-First Architecture & Sovereignty

The NDEB operates on a bank-grade 'Security-First' architecture.

Local Hosting: In compliance with Namibian Data Sovereignty standards, all primary databases and the 'Digital Vault' are hosted locally on infrastructure within Namibian territory.
Encryption: We utilize AES-256 bit encryption and SSL/TLS protocols to ensure that all personal CVs and records remain confidential, tamper-proof, and accessible only to the authorized user.

02 The "Zero-Visibility" Privacy Protocol

Unlike traditional employment platforms, the NDEB prioritizes user dignity and data ownership:

Collection: We collect ID data, academic qualifications, and professional history solely for the purpose of source-verification.
Zero-Visibility Rule: The NDEB prohibits any employer, institution, or third party from browsing, searching, or performing analytics on the database.
Apply-to-Unlock: Your Verified Digital CV is only 'unlocked' and shared with an entity when you explicitly grant access by clicking "Apply" for a specific vacancy or by sharing your unique QR code.

03 The Indestructible Identity Guarantee

The NDEB serves as a national repository for your professional legacy. Once a record is verified, it is permanently secured in your encrypted vault. This ensures that in the event of the loss of physical certificates due to fire, theft, or natural disaster, your Verified CV remains legally verifiable and instantly restorable.

04 Payment & Refund Policy (Integrity Audit)

Verification fees (Introductory N$80 / Standard N$150) are processed to initiate a formal audit with external Verifier Bodies.

Non-Refundable: Once an audit is initiated, fees are non-refundable as they cover administrative and third-party inquiry costs.

Integrity Clause: Payment covers the process of verification. A "Negative" or "Unverified" result due to the submission of fraudulent or falsified documentation does not entitle the user to a refund and may result in the account being flagged for integrity failure.

Lifetime Status: Successful verification grants a permanent, indestructible status within the NDEB registry for the life of the account.
